Over the past 10 years, I have gained valuable experience in coaching, playing, and event management, particularly in basketball. My core competencies include managing athletic budgets and operations, as well as coaching players in skill development and game strategy. My mission is to inspire and empower a culture of excellence, teamwork, and respect. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences from working with organizations such as Webber International University Women’s Basketball, the Lakeland Magic, the Memphis Grizzlies, and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Women’s Basketball program.
