With a proven track record in collegiate athletics and higher education, Jason Young brings a well-rounded blend of coaching, administration, and academic experience. Serving in key leadership roles such as Associate Head Coach at Godley Beacon College and Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Assistant Athletic Director at Wilberforce University, he has consistently built competitive programs while maintaining a strong focus on student-athlete development, academic success, and compliance. His background also includes successfully expanding a travel basketball organization to over 20 teams and driving significant growth in participation and revenue in prior leadership roles.

Current women's assistant at the University of St. Joseph's, Nadir Samih, joins the Prep Network group as a director for his first season with Prep Network. Alongside Nadir comes a multifarious wealth of experience which includes being a camp director, site director, site manager, tournament director, athletic director, and operations for Team USA's 3x3 teams. There's a scroll of start studded people within the basketball world that have added to bolstering Nadir's career in the sport but nothing compares to creating connections with parents, athletes, and coaches.

So many coaches, teachers, and directors of the game have taken the time to make sure my growth is holistic and I would love to pass on what's been given to me to those on the midst of their journeys. Very few places in the basketball world allow that to happen naturally and Prep Network is in fact one of those special places that allow paths to cross and grow with great purpose coupled with intentionality.
