He has served as Superintendent and Head of School in private and charter school settings, overseeing academic programs, campus operations, fundraising initiatives, and strategic partnerships. A former Division I student-athlete himself, Cory has also worked directly with collegiate athletes as an academic advisor, and later helped students navigate the recruiting process through his work at NCSA, where he consistently ranked as a top-performing recruiting specialist.

As an athletic administrator, Cory has led school-wide athletic departments, managed coaches and compliance, and strengthened athletic branding and fundraising. His leadership has contributed to enrollment growth, increased donor support, and enhanced student-athlete development.

Cory is passionate about empowering students and coaches, creating inclusive cultures, and delivering results that move organizations forward. He is now focused on supporting schools and athletic programs through innovative fundraising strategies and leadership consulting.
