This is a Prep Hoops Circuit qualifying event. If you're a current Prep Hoops Circuit program and already committed to this event, you do not need to register online.

Tournament Structure

  • This event schedule format is 3 pool games into 1 cross-pool game, meaning all teams will play 4 games.
  • Open to all 15U-17U boy's teams
  • All games streamed LIVE on BallerTV.com
  • Media coverage provided by PrepHoops.com and other outlets

Spectator Tickets

Weekend passes and day passes will be offered. Weekend passes can be pre-purchased online below or on-site via debit or credit card. Day passes will be offered on-site only. Cash transactions will NOT be allowed.

Bo Powell - Event Director


Bo Attended Flint Northwestern High School in Flint, MI. Bo went on to play at Iowa Central Community College where he was a Junior College All-American. Bo went on to play at the University of North Dakota. Bo went on to play professional basketball in Germany. Bo is currently the Head Boys' Basketball Coach at Robbinsdale Cooper High School.

Jake Sullivan

Jake Sullivan - Event Director


Jake Sullivan graduated from Tartan High School in Oakdale, Minnesota in 2000 after scoring 3,013 points in his high school career and winning a high school state championship. Following his high school career, Jake went on to play at Iowa State University. While at Iowa State University, Jake was named Big 12 Freshman of the Year, three-time All-Big 12 selection, three- time academic All-American, and still holds the career record for most made three-point field goals. Following his playing career Jake has been heavily involved in the basketball community helping to start All Iowa Attack, founding Kingdom Hoops, and since returning to Minnesota in 2018 coaching at Eden Prairie High School, D1 Minnesota, running 7-J’s basketball training and development, while also serving as an event director for Prep Hoops since 2019.

An independent platform that provides the visibility, benefits, and experience of the elite shoe circuits, coupled with the flexibility, logistical, and financial effectiveness required to run an elite program.

The tournament schedule will be finalized and released by 11:59 PM CST on Tuesday night the week of the event.

Teams need to be prepared to play at any of the venues. Once the schedule is finalized and released you will be able to see exactly which venue you will play at.

All games will take place in this timeframe. All teams must be prepared to play within each timeframe below, including Friday night starting at 7PM.

Friday: 7PM - 10PM

Saturday: 8AM - 10PM

Sunday: 8AM - 5PM

Teams need to be prepared to play at any of the venues. Once the schedule is finalized and released you will be able to see exactly which venue you will play at.

The deadline to register is 5 PM CST 11 days prior to the event start date. However, registration may close sooner if there is limited court space available.

We strongly recommend registering as soon as possible to guarantee your spot in the event.

All schedule requests need to be added to your dashboard 11 days prior to the event start date. Events beginning in less than one week will no longer be accepting schedule requests. Log in here.

IMPORTANT: All schedule requests will be evaluated based on the order they come in. We will do our absolute best to accommodate all schedule requests, specifically teams who are traveling long distances. Extenuating circumstances will be treated with priority. Due to the high volume of teams that we draw to each event, all teams need to be prepared during each day of the event. This includes Friday night. 

Weekend Pass (weekend passes MUST be purchased Friday and Saturday)

$30 plus processing. This covers your entry for all days. Kids 10 & under are free.

Sunday Day Pass (Only available for purchase on Sunday)

$20 plus processing. Kids 10 & under are free.

Important: All tickets must be purchased via debit or credit. Cash transactions will NOT be allowed.

Teams will be given 2 coaches wristbands when teams check-in. No additional wristbands will be given to a 3rd or 4th coach. Additional coaches will need to pay the admissions fee to get in.

Final Deposit Refund Policy

  1. Per my contract, I understand that if my program ends up not facilitating one (or more) of the above-listed teams, but I made a deposit for them, I will receive my deposit back in full so long as I notify the Prep Network Events team by March 15th. After March 15th this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  2. Given the terms above if you signed up for the circuit after March 1st you have until June 1st to notify Prep Network and receive a refund if your program ends up not facilitating one (or more) of the above-listed teams. After June 1st this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Any Tournament Event (not including finals) - Drop Prior to the Invoice Deadline (18 Days Prior to the Event)

  1. Team(s) can receive a full rollover payment to any future event in the same circuit season when they drop before the two-week notice of any respective event.

NOTE: All rollover payments must apply to an event that is NOT currently sold out. 

Any Tournament Event (not including finals) - Drop After the Invoice Deadline (20 Days Prior to the Event)

  1. Unless otherwise specified, all payments made to Prep Network will be irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-transferable when scheduling begins for any respective event.

You are required to compete in all games you are scheduled to play in. If for any reason you cannot attend a game, you are required to communicate and notify the Tournament Director at least 12 hours prior to your game start time. Failure to do so will result in a team strike. Please refer to our complete Strike Policy for further details.

Visibility for players at our events is enhanced through live coverage on social media and post-event coverage on our site. We strive to have multiple scouts live on-site, and will often supplement the in-person coverage with scouts tuning in on BallerTV. All of the coverage will be posted to our website in the days following the event, and will include player-driven analysis of athletes that stood out during the event.
