I have been coaching basketball for nearly 20 years at the club and highschool levels. I am currently the Head Boys Varsity Coach at Des Moines North. Im a active learner of the game. I respect the history of the game, the future, and i love learning from current players. I believe all are important to advance the game. Currently in my day job i am a Author and Speaker within my business called "The Dojo" Basketball Mindfulness. I hope to help players of all levels reconnect to their on court identity while gaining a passion for the process and work it takes to maximize you, as a human and a athlete.
